People are permitted inside the premises only after checking temperatures with infrared thermometers at the entrance. Tanishq’s corona safety protocols are as intricate and pure as their jewellery! Tanishq is ready to reopen its doors to its treasure trove, with its ‘store preparedness checklist’. They launched an official welcome back video where they promised absolute attendance to ensure the safety of their customers.
Their safe and sophisticated sales and safety protocols include providing clean and fresh masks, gloves, sanitisers and conducting thermal scanning at the entrance checkpoint. Further, they have proposed placing a spongy-soapy footwear disinfectant outside the store. The customers have to press their feet onto it and prevent the outside bacteria from entering the stores. Each piece of jewellery will be carefully wiped with a sanitising solution after each trial.
In the process of attending to the safety of its customers, Tanishq does not intend to compromise its employees’ and artisans’ safety. Tanishq has divided its employees into Team A and Team B. This measure ensures a backup team if an employee from one of the teams gets infected. In such a scenario, the team from which the infected employee belongs will be quarantined, and the other healthy team will be asked to take over its operations.

Being a technology inclined service provider, they couldn’t do much in the field of sanitation except caring for their employees by allowing them the privilege of working from home.
